Position: Showroom Sales Executive (Female)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and customer-focused Female Showroom Sales Executive with prior experience in the Sanitaryware industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent product knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide customers in selecting sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, tiles, faucets, and related products. Candidates with experience in sanitaryware showrooms will be preferred.

• Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting sanitaryware, CP fittings, faucets, bathroom accessories, and related products.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the billing team.
• Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
• Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for product availability and delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.

• Required Skills
• Previous experience in a Sanitaryware or Bathroom Fittings showroom is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and customer handling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Billing Software).
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Qualifications
• Graduate or equivalent.
• 1–4 years of experience in the Sanitaryware sector is mandatory.

• Preferred Candidate
• Female candidates only.
• Experience in brands such as Jaquar, Cera, Hindware, Parryware, Kohler, Grohe, TOTO, Astral Bathware, or similar sanitaryware brands will be an added advantage.

Salary: 25k-30k + Incentives.
