Job Description

* Connect with inbound & outbound leads via calls and WhatsApp with speed and consistency

* Qualify leads quickly by understanding their business needs and challenges

* Deliver clear, value-driven product demos (not just feature explanations)

* Drive the complete sales cycle: first contact → follow-ups → deal closure

* Maintain strong follow-up discipline to avoid lead drop-offs

* Handle objections confidently and turn interest into conversions

* Consistently achieve and exceed the sales targets

* Keep CRM updated with accurate lead status, conversations, and pipeline

* Share customer feedback and market insights with the team to improve conversions

* Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth user activation.
