Job Description
Soha Homes is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to handle showroom sales. The candidate will assist walk-in customers, explain furniture products, and convert inquiries into sales while maintaining a positive showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers and provide product information
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture
- Explain product details such as material, size, design, price, and warranty
- Handle negotiations and close sales professionally
- Coordinate billing, order booking, and delivery follow-ups
- Maintain customer records and daily sales reports
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and showroom presentation
- Support stock checking and coordination with warehouse/team
