Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesRegularly follow up with customers from the existing customer database and leads.
- Communicate with clients based on their responses, requirements, and level of interest.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product information and solutions.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits, pricing, and other relevant details to customers.
- Visit customers as per their requirements and business needs.
- Travel within the city as well as to outstation locations whenever required for client meetings and business development.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up consistently to generate enquiries, close sales, and achieve assigned business targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, follow-ups, meetings, and sales status.
- Prepare and submit regular daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and timely fulfilment of customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets within the given timelines.
- Identify new business opportunities through customer follow-ups, references, and market visits.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel within the city and outstation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
