             JD FOR THE POST OF MANPOWER HIRING SPECIALIST(SECURITY GUARDS)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Manpower hiring Specialist dedicated to security guard recruitment only. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, with strong expertise in social media handling, job posting, and creating recruitment ads across multiple platforms and groups. This role is exclusively focused on hiring security guards to meet company requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Security Guard Hiring: Manage the complete recruitment cycle for security guards, from sourcing to final selection.

·      Social Media Recruitment: Post jobs and create engaging recruitment ads on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp groups, and other job platforms.

·       Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews and background checks to ensure candidates meet company standards.

·      Onboarding Support: Coordinate with HR for smooth induction of selected candidates.

·      Database Management: Maintain accurate records of applicants and hired personnel.

ELIGIBILITY

·      Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically for security guards.

·      Expertise in social media handling and job posting.

·      Strong communication skills in Hindi (Hands in local languages also preferred)

·      Minimum Graduation

·      Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.

SALARY

·      Attractive salary: 25000-30000 per month as per experience.
