Job Description – HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  • Contact candidates, explain job details, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates and management throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
  • Follow up with candidates until the joining process is completed.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Ability to communicate professionally over phone and email.
  • computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
