Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for handling customers, promoting Royal Enfield motorcycles, generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.


  • Handle showroom walk-ins and customer inquiries.
  • Explain motorcycle models, features, pricing, and offers.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate test rides.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Maintain customer records and CRM updates.
  • Assist with finance, insurance, and vehicle documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Pre-Sales, Service, and Accounts teams.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support dealership events and promotional activities
