Job Description
- Oversee daily plant operations, manage production schedules, and optimize processes for maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for all mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in machinery, motors, transformers, panels, VFDs, and control systems.
- Supervise installation and commissioning of new machinery and electrical systems.
- Monitor power distribution, energy usage, and ensure electrical load balancing.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company protocols.
- Manage spares inventory, vendor coordination, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain maintenance records, technical documentation, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with production, mechanical, and utility teams for seamless plant operations.

Qualifications and Key Requirements:
● B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
● 3–5 years of industrial experience in electrical maintenance (Paint, Cement, Steel, or Chemical preferred)
● Strong knowledge of PLC systems, control panels, switchgear, and instrumentation
● Familiarity with HT/LT systems, power factor correction, and energy audits
● Experience with electrical safety procedures, lockout-tagout systems, and compliance
● Hands-on experience with maintenance tools and diagnostic devices
● Proficient in reading electrical drawings and schematics
● Working knowledge of CMMS/SAP is a plus
Preferred Skills:
● Knowledge of automation and control systems
● Experience in power quality management
● Team leadership experience
● Familiarity with ISO, TPM, and energy efficiency standards
