Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand the iYouth Store network across villages and small towns. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential store owners, supporting store onboarding, and contributing to the growth of existing stores.

This is a field-based role that requires regular travel to different villages, towns, and locations to identify opportunities, meet potential entrepreneurs, understand local markets, and build relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new iYouth Store opportunities across villages and small towns.
• Visit different villages, towns, and locations for business development activities.
• Generate leads and connect with potential entrepreneurs.
• Conduct field visits and introduce potential store owners to the iYouth Store business model.
• Build relationships with local communities, entrepreneurs, and other relevant contacts.
• Explain the iYouth Store model and support interested applicants through the initial process.
• Coordinate with internal teams during store setup and onboarding.
• Follow up regularly with potential and existing store owners.
• Understand local customer needs and market demand.
• Identify opportunities to improve the growth of existing iYouth Stores.
• Maintain records of leads, field visits, meetings, follow-ups, and onboarding progress.
• Work toward assigned business development and store expansion targets.
• RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to different villages and locations.
• Comfortable working in a field-based environment.
• Ability to communicate confidently with entrepreneurs and local communities.
• Strong networking, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
