Job Description

Position: Collection Executive


Industry: Microfinance / NBFC

Experience: 0–2 years

Education: 12th Pass

Age: Up to 30 years

Bike: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit customers and collect EMI/loan repayments.
  • Follow up on overdue and default accounts.
  • Maintain daily collection records and update repayment status.
  • Communicate with customers regarding due dates and outstanding amounts.
  • Handle basic customer queries and payment-related issues.
  • Achieve daily/monthly collection targets.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow company collection policies.

Candidate Profile:

  • 0–2 years of experience, preferably in Microfinance/NBFC/Banking collections & Sales
  • Any Sales Background candidate can apply
  • Candidates with field-collection experience can apply.
  • Freshers may also be considered.
  • Valid Driving Licence is preferred; a Learner Licence may be accepted initially, subject to company policy.
  • Two-wheeler/Bike is mandatory.
  • Comfortable with extensive field work and travelling.
  • Basic knowledge of the local language is preferred.
