Job Description

We are hiring Voice & Non-Voice Call Center Agents to support customers through calls, email, chat, and other communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
  • Make and receive customer calls, where required.
  • Respond to customer emails and chat messages.
  • Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
  • Follow company processes, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team
