Training & Placement Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Training & Placement Office.
• Coordinate with students regarding placement opportunities, registrations and recruitment processes.
• Assist in organizing campus recruitment drives, interviews, assessments and pre-placement talks.
• Coordinate with departmental T&P coordinators and student placement representatives.
• Communicate recruitment schedules, eligibility criteria, instructions and other placement-related information to students.
• Maintain and update student placement databases, company records and recruitment status.
• Assist in coordinating communication with recruiters and industry representatives.
• Track student participation, selections, offers and joining status.
• Support arrangements for recruitment drives, including venues, schedules, documentation and logistics.
• Assist in preparing placement reports, MIS data and periodic status updates.
• Maintain proper documentation of recruitment activities and placement records.
• Support career fairs, industry interactions, internship drives and other career-related initiatives.
• Follow up with students and recruiters on pending actions and requirements.
• Perform other T&P-related responsibilities.
