Job Description

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, explain our products and services, and convert prospects into customers through phone calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.


Key Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Explain company products and services effectively.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Prepare daily call and sales reports.
