Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, pitching products/services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales. • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
• Explain products or services clearly and persuasively
• Handle customer queries and objections in a professional manner
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in the system
• Follow up with interested leads to close sales or schedule meetings
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and call targets
• Coordinate with the sales/operations team for lead conversion and client follow-up
• Requirements:0–2 years of experience in telesales or telecalling (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in [Insert preferred languages – e.g., Hindi, English, Regional language]
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
