Job Description

· Proactive Outreach:

Initiating calls to new centres or existing centres to serving them about our companies services.

· Script Adherence and Objection Handling: 

Following established scripts while naturally addressing objections, questions, and concerns to guide conversations.

· . Data Management: 

Maintaining detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, Maintain the google Sheets for work, Maintaining relevant documentation.

· Performance Metrics: 

Consistently meeting or exceeding personal and team targets for call volume, call quality, and revenue goals. Doing online research to generate database. Provide administrative and managerial support for the staff working in the front office of a company. Maintain coordination with the working staff and management
