Job Description
Position: Telesales Executive / Telecaller
Company: AIRTECH SOLUTIONS
Location: Pune
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads through telephone calls, WhatsApp and other sources.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and generate sales enquiries.
- Handle pre-sales, tele-sales and follow-ups.
- Explain products and services to customers and identify sales opportunities.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries and pending requirements.
- Maintain customer and lead database.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and order conversion.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Hindi and English communication required; Marathi preferred.
- Positive attitude, discipline and willingness to learn.
- Experience in B2B telecalling / industrial sales will be an advantage.
