Job Description

  • Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
  • Explain property details and schedule site visits.
  • Show the property to prospective tenants.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings.
  • Manage tenant onboarding, documentation and occupancy.
  • Coordinate day-to-day PG operations.

Magicinches Interior & Construction

  • Handle interior project enquiries.
  • Call and follow up with potential clients.
  • Schedule client meetings and site visits.
  • Maintain lead records and daily follow-up reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales and execution team.
  • RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi & English (Marathi is an added advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets & WhatsApp Business.
  • Confident in handling customer calls and site visits.
  • Smart, presentable and self-motivated.
  • Experience in Real Estate, PG, Hospitality or Interior Sales will be preferred.
