• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle Inbound & Outbound Calls professionally.
• Manage customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle Bank Collection and follow-up activities.
• Generate leads and support sales activities.
• Promote financial products such as Insurance, Home Loans & Personal Loans.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned targets and contribute towards team performance.
• Coordinate with the team and report daily work progress.
