Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Insurance to lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance professionals. The role will be responsible for achieving business targets, driving sales performance, monitoring team productivity, ensuring quality and compliance, and supporting team members in achieving their individual goals.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of insurance products, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.
