Job Description

Team Leader – Inbound/OutboundLocation: Pune Camp | Job Type: Full-time

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage, coach, and motivate the team to achieve KPIs and targets.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, SLA, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training.
  • Prepare performance reports and support process improvements.
  • RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in a call centre/customer service role.
  • Leadership/team-handling experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and call-centre tools.
