Talent Acquisition Specialist

1. Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentManage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, including Sales Managers, Pre-Sales Executives, Business Development Executives (BDE), Leasing Specialists, Project Engineers, and corporate support staff.Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and professional networks.Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate technical/managerial rounds with department heads, and roll out offers.Build a strong talent pipeline for high-turnover roles like real estate sales and channel partner management.

2. Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle ManagementFacilitate seamless onboarding and induction programs for new hires, ensuring documentation collection and contract execution.Oversee employee database maintenance and manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).Handle employee relations, grievances, and day-to-day engagement initiatives to retain top talent in a competitive market.

3. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits AdministrationCoordinate inputs for monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and reimbursements.Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity), and incentive/commission structures typical of real estate sales teams.4. Performance & Training ManagementDrive the performance appraisal cycle (KPI/KRA tracking) aligned with project milestones and sales targets.Identify training needs and organize sessions on real estate CRM tools (e.g., Sell.Do, LeadSquared), compliance, customer service, and sales negotiation.5. Compliance & Policy EnforcementEnsure adherence to local labor laws, employment regulations, and company safety guidelines.Update employee handbooks and maintain audit-ready HR documentation
