Location: Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar, Yerwada,  Magarpatta City, Kharadi, Koregaon Park.

Position: Supervisor - Valet Parking

Driving Skills: Mandatory should know Car Driving (Manuel, Automatic and Electric 4-Wheelers)

Working Days: 6 Days per Week

Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Weekly Off: 1 Day

Communication: Marathi is Mandatory

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Valet Parking Supervisor to manage daily valet parking operations at our Pune location. The candidate will be responsible for supervising valet staff, coordinating vehicle movements, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of valet parking staff.
• Ensure proper vehicle receiving, parking, retrieval, and handover procedures.
• Maintain discipline, grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct of the team.
• Coordinate directly with clients and site management regarding parking operations.
• Handle customer queries, requests, and operational concerns professionally.
• Maintain daily attendance, vehicle records, shift reports, and operational documentation.
• Monitor vehicle safety and ensure proper parking procedures are followed.
• Report incidents, damages, operational issues, and escalations to management.
• Ensure the team follows company SOPs, safety guidelines, and client requirements.
• Manage staff deployment and ensure adequate manpower availability during operations.
• Mandatory RequirementsTwo-wheeler is mandatory – candidate must have their own two-wheeler for daily operational movement.
• Valid Driving Licence for 4-wheeler.
• English communication is mandatory – candidate must be able to speak and write English professionally while communicating with clients and management.
• Marathi language is mandatory for communication with local staff and customers.
• Previous experience in valet parking, parking operations, hospitality, facility management, or supervision will be preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and WhatsApp communication.
• Must be punctual, responsible, presentable, and customer-oriented.

Preferred Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced parking/hospitality environment, capable of managing a team independently, and confident in communicating with clients in English while coordinating effectively with local staff in Marathi.
