Job Description

Job Description: Steward / Captain

Department: Food & Beverage (F&B)

Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
  • Ensure proper table setup and service readiness.
  • Serve food and beverages professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
  • Supervise stewards, allocate duties, and maintain discipline (Captain).
  • Monitor stock, prevent breakage, and minimize wastage.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and company SOPs.

Qualifications: 10th/12th pass preferred, with relevant hospitality experience.

Required Skills: Teamwork, communication, guest handling, cleanliness, and time management.
