Job Summary

The Front Office Steward delivers exceptional first impressions by warmly greeting guests, assisting with luggage, directing traffic in the lobby, and ensuring all front office and public reception areas are immaculate, organized, and fully stocked.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Hospitality: Greet arriving/departing guests, open doors, offer directional assistance, and escort guests to reception or rooms.
• Luggage & Parcel Handling: Safely receive, tag, store, and deliver guest luggage, packages, and room amenities promptly.
• Lobby Upkeep: Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization across the lobby, seating areas, and reception desks; restock welcome refreshments and newspapers.
• Front Desk Support: Help manage guest queues during peak check-in/out hours and assist with hailing taxis or arranging shuttle transportation.
• Safety & Service: Monitor lobby security, follow safety protocols, and handle basic guest inquiries or elevate complaints to management.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years in hospitality, customer service, or guest relations.
• Skills: Excellent communication, warm demeanor, and professional personal grooming.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand/walk for full shifts and lift luggage up to 25 kg (50 lbs).
