Job Description

Position: Shift Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily shift operations and team members.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and smooth outlet operations.
  • Monitor staff performance, cleanliness, and product quality.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
  • Support inventory, billing, and daily reports.
  • Ensure company SOPs and safety standards are followed.

Eligibility: Relevant F&B experience preferred; good communication and leadership skills.
