Job Description: Sales Executive – Payal Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller or Sales Executive to join our team at Payal Associate.

Location: Vatika Homes, Balewadi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Actively promote and sell residential Flats.
2. Engage with potential customers through calls, site visits, and meetings to explain project details and benefits.
3. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service during the entire sales process.
4. Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about pricing, payment plans, and project features.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and follow up on leads.
6. Keep records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Fresher or Minimum 0 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Excel).
