Senior Field Sales Executive

Job Description – Field Sales Engineer (HVAC – AMC & Service)Position: Field Sales Engineer – HVAC (AMC & Service)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) business for HVAC systems.
• Visit industrial, commercial, pharmaceutical, food processing, and institutional clients to identify new service opportunities.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare service/AMC proposals.
• Develop new customer relationships through regular field visits and cold calling.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders until closure.
• Coordinate with the service team for site execution and customer support.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead pipeline, and CRM updates.
• Achieve monthly sales and AMC revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC service sales or AMC business development.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

KPI:

• New AMC contracts signed.
• New customer enquiries generated.
• Customer visits completed.
• Quotation-to-order conversion ratio.
• Monthly sales target achievement.
