Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer/seller queries through chat and providing timely, accurate, and professional resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer and seller queries through the International Chat Process.
- Provide effective support for e-commerce-related issues and concerns.
- Understand customer requirements and deliver appropriate resolutions within defined timelines.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle B2B customer interactions professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in an International Voice, Chat, or B2B Process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in customer support, international process, or e-commerce support will be preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Graduate and Undergraduate candidates can apply.
