Job Title: Loss Prevention Co-Ordinator (LP)

Location: Pune / Mumbai (as applicable)

Job Summary: We are looking for a vigilant and responsible Loss Prevention Supervisor to safeguard company assets, minimize shrinkage, prevent theft, and ensure adherence to security and operational compliance standards within the store.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor store activities to prevent theft, fraud, pilferage, and inventory losses.
• Conduct routine surveillance and security checks across the store.
• Carry out investigations related to stock variances, suspicious activities, and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, security policies, and safety guidelines.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Loss Prevention reports.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and department heads on loss control initiatives.
• Verify inward and outward movement of goods and maintain relevant records.
• Conduct audits, bag checks, and gate controls as per company policy.
• Support stock count activities and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Attend to emergencies and report incidents promptly.
