As a Team Leader, you will not only manage a team of executives but also ensure that every lead is handled with the highest quality to maximize site visits and conversions.  

Eligibility: 

• SSC Pass: Minimum 2 Year of experience in Residential Sales (Real Estate experience preferred). 

• Graduate/HSC Pass: Minimum 2 year of experience as a Sales Team leader (Real Estate Experience). 

• Experienced with excellent communication and probing skills are welcome

• Work Setup: Office-based role, requiring immediate joiners. 

Job Description   

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets. 

• Conduct and oversee outbound calls to potential clients, promoting real estate properties and services. 

• Identify and qualify prospective customers through effective communication and probing techniques. 

• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through consistent follow-ups via calls and emails.  

• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule client property visits and ensure seamless follow-through. 

• Monitor and update client interactions and progress in the CRM system accurately.

• Provide team training and stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and industry regulations.   

Requirements: 

• Proven real estate Sales experience

• Team Leader Role: Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience. 

• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team. 

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

• Sales: Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities. 

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite. 

• Market Knowledge: Awareness of market trends and industry regulations. 

• Multitasking: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently. 

• Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
