Job Description

  • Preferred Sales Skills – Operations Manager Strong sales and business development skills, preferably in the pest control or facility management industry.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Experience in client relationship management and customer retention.
  • Ability to coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Ability to develop new clients in hotels, corporates, industries, and residential societies.
  • Experience in upselling services and expanding existing accounts.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in both Operations and Sales in the pest control or facility management industry will be given preference.
