Job Description
Position: Sales Professional / Sales Executive
Experience: Minimum 4 years
Location: Maharashtra Region
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience in sales.
- Mandatory: Candidates must have relevant experience in Bathroom Fittings, Sanitaryware, Bathware, or related products.
- Strong understanding of the sanitaryware/bathroom fittings market in Maharashtra.
- Experience in dealer/distributor management, channel sales, and market development will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned Maharashtra region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.
- Drive sales and achieve assigned targets across the Maharashtra region.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Manage existing accounts and develop new dealer networks.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure strong product visibility and market penetration.
