About the Role :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Intern to join our team at Bavdhan, Pune.
The role involves lead generation, customer interaction, follow-ups, workshop promotion, and sales conversion. This is a good opportunity for freshers who want to build practical experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable workshops.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into workshop registrations.
- Explore new business opportunities.
- Support workshop promotions, events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
Who We Are Looking For :
- Students or recent graduates from any stream.
- Candidates with an interest in sales, marketing, business development, art, creativity, or education.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Sheets/Excel, and other digital tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
