Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


Identify and generate new business leads through calling, field visits, references, and online sources.


Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.


Explain products/services and provide suitable solutions.


Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.


Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into sales.


Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.


Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.


Maintain accurate customer and sales records.


Monitor market trends and competitor activities.


Eligibility:


Graduate/12th pass or equivalent qualification.


0–3 years of sales experience preferred; freshers can also apply.


Good communication and negotiation skills.


Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.


Willingness to travel for field sales, if required.
