Job Description
- ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and customer follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts for timely order execution.
- Prepare invoices, delivery documents, and maintain customer records.
- Track dispatches, payments, and provide regular customer updates.
- Maintain sales reports and support day-to-day backend operations.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or backend operations (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
- Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
