About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our Lenskart store team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable eyewear products, and achieving store sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting frames, sunglasses, lenses, and other eyewear products.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and available options.
• Conduct product demonstrations and help customers make informed purchase decisions.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Generate sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and upselling/cross-selling.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
• Ensure proper billing, order processing, and collection of payments.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Follow company policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Support inventory management, stock checking, and product replenishment.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• EligibilityEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 0–3 years in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
