Job Description
Techtrix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Female Sales & Service Telecaller for our Refurbished Laptop & Desktop division.
• Handle customer calls for refurbished laptops & desktops
• Explain products, pricing and available options to customers
• Follow up with interested customers and generate sales
• Handle customer enquiries and service-related calls
• Coordinate with the service team for customer support
• Maintain basic customer and follow-up records
Requirements:
• Female candidates preferred
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
• Candidates with Telecalling / Sales experience preferred
