Job Description
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift functioning.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
- Monitor sales, food cost, wastage, inventory, and restaurant profitability.
- Ensure adherence to Domino’s SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, receiving, storage, and FIFO practices.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, POS operations, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Plan staff deployment and prepare shift schedules based on business requirements.
- Train and develop team members on operational procedures, customer service, and food safety.
- Monitor order accuracy, preparation time, delivery coordination, and customer satisfaction.
- Control food wastage, pilferage, and operational losses.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, equipment, and overall store standards.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with delivery, kitchen, and front-of-house teams for smooth operations.
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and effective team management.
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and performance records.
- Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in QSR, restaurant, café, hospitality, or food & beverage operations.
- Experience in handling a team and managing restaurant operations.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
