Relationship Manager

 Sales Leadership & Strategy:

o Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve

aggressive sales targets and revenue goals.

o Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives, providing

ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback.

o Set individual and team sales quotas and ensure their attainment.

o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to

identify new sales opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

o Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market

analyses to senior management.

 Team Management & Development:

o Recruit, onboard, and train new sales professionals.

o Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share best practices,

and address challenges.

o Develop individual development plans for team members to enhance their

skills and career progression.

o Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance sales culture.

 Sales Operations & Process:

o Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to

negotiations, documentation, and closing.

o Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies, and ethical standards.

o Collaborate with marketing to develop effective lead generation campaigns

and promotional materials.

o Manage CRM systems effectively to track sales activities, customer

interactions, and pipeline progress.

o Resolve complex customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely

manner.

 Client Relationship Management:

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and

channel partners.

o Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

o Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking

forums.
