Job Summary-We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, understand customer requirements, and assist prospective buyers in selecting suitable real estate properties.

The ideal candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

  • Key Responsibilities-Connect with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
  • Explain property details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
  • Schedule and coordinate property site visits for interested customers.
  • Follow up with potential buyers through calls and other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate property-related information.
  • Negotiate with clients and support the sales closure process.
  • Maintain customer records, sales leads, and follow-up reports.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Good negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

  • Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
