Calm Skin Clinic, a premium dermatology, aesthetics, and longevity clinic in Baner, Pune, is looking for a well-presented, friendly, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

We are looking for someone who communicates confidently in English, interacts kindly with patients, and can manage front-desk operations while supporting patient enquiries and lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Management: Welcome patients warmly, manage check-ins, and ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments; manage rescheduling and reminders.
• Lead Calling & Follow-ups: Call prospective patients generated through Instagram, WhatsApp, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
• Lead Conversion: Explain available services, follow up with enquiries, and encourage prospective patients to book consultations.
• Communication: Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and patient queries professionally.
• Front Desk Operations: Maintain appointment records, patient information, billing, receipts, and daily registers.
• Coordination: Coordinate with the dermatologist, nursing staff, and aesthetic therapists to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Patient Relationship Management: Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment schedules.
• Clinic Presentation: Maintain a neat, organised, and welcoming reception area.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and medical records.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with good communication skills.
• Ability to communicate comfortably in Hindi and Marathi.
• Pleasant personality, kind behaviour, and a patient-friendly attitude.
• Good telephone etiquette and confidence in making outbound calls.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, and data entry.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and appointment scheduling is preferred.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional grooming and a well-presented appearance.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a clinical environment.
• Previous experience in a dermatology clinic, aesthetic clinic, hospital, salon, or premium hospitality establishment is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Someone who is polite, proactive, confident, well-spoken, and comfortable communicating with premium clientele. The candidate should be service-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of building positive relationships with patients.
