Hiring: Real Estate Sales Manager Location: Baner, Pune

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month, depending on interview, experience & skills

Industry: Real Estate

About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build relationships with prospective customers.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and identify potential customers for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Handle customer inquiries and understand their property requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct property/project site visits.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information to customers.
  • Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • Candidate RequirementsExperience: 1–5 years in Real Estate Sales preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
  • Knowledge of the Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
  • Candidates comfortable working in and around Baner, Pune are preferred.
