- Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and identify potential customers for real estate projects.
- Handle customer inquiries and explain project details, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings and coordinate site visits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
- Understand market trends and competitor activities.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
