Real Estate Sales Professional – Channel Partner
Job Summary
Life Space Property Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a Real Estate Channel Partner handling multiple projects across East Pune. We are looking for a sales professional with 6+ months of CP/real estate sales experience to manage clients, generate leads, conduct site visits, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Handle clients and understand their property requirements.
- Present suitable projects, pricing, and payment plans.
- Conduct site visits and maintain regular client follow-ups.
- Negotiate with clients and drive deals towards closure.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in CP/Real Estate Sales.
- Strong client handling, communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good lead generation and deal-closing ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Post Graduate
Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month, based on experience & interview performance
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
Working Hours 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Site visits/client meetings may require extended hours or weekend availability.
