Job Description

Site Sales Executive – Shree Balaji DevelopersJob Responsibilities:

  • Attend and handle client visits at project sites.
  • Call leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
  • Schedule site visits and meetings with interested clients.
  • Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location, and payment plans to customers.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective buyers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into bookings.
  • Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
  • Assist customers throughout the site visit and address their basic queries.
  • Achieve assigned monthly site-visit and sales targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
