Job Summary:

SS Prime Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic, target-oriented, and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have Experience in Real Estate, strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build client relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calling, follow-ups, references, and CRM.
• Understand clients’ property requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and payment plans to prospective clients.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits with potential customers.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, site visits, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the presales and other internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream; a background in sales or marketing in real estate is Mandatory.
• Experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or direct sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle clients professionally and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to attend client meetings and property site visits.
