Job Description

  1. To generate enquiries and obtain quotations with suppliers/manufacturers for material/equipment’s required by Plants/Offices.
  2. Prepare purchase orders and email them to suppliers.
  3. To maintain the Purchase Order database, tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  4. To prepare and maintain daily list of Tax Invoices received from various plants and suppliers.
  5. To check documents received from Plants (Challans, Weighbridge receipts etc.)
  6. To coordinate with Accounts Dept. and various plants.
  7. Filing and document control.
  8. Any other duties as assigned by Superiors.
