Job Description

  • Agent Onboarding & Development: Own agent onboarding, training, certification/exam coordination and engagement, with close coordination with insurance company SPOCs.
  • Performance & Activation: Track agent activity, conduct performance autopsy to identify gaps, and design business activation programs to improve productivity.
  • Agency Management: Build simple, scalable processes to improve the agent journey and work with internal teams and insurance partners for smooth execution.
