📌 Job Description – PF & ESIC Executive (Back Office Coordinator)Role: PF & ESIC Executive Profile: Back Office Coordinator Location: Pune, Kharadi Salary: 2.5 to 3.5 LPA
- ResponsibilitiesManage PF & ESIC compliance, documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and filings.
- Maintain accurate employee records related to PF & ESIC.
- Coordinate with employees and management for statutory requirements.
- Handle queries related to PF/ESIC and provide necessary support.
- Assist in audits and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Support back‑office operations related to employee lifecycle management.
- RequirementsGraduate/Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in PF & ESIC handling preferred (freshers can apply).
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and government compliance portals.
