Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Packing & Dispatch Executive to manage our daily product packing and order dispatch operations.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of packing e-commerce orders, especially Amazon orders, and be able to handle packaging, shipping labels, invoices, courier coordination, and dispatches accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack daily Amazon orders and other e-commerce orders securely and professionally.
• Have knowledge of Amazon order processing, shipping labels, invoices, and dispatch procedures.
• Select appropriate packaging materials, including cartons, bubble wrap, foam, and protective packaging.
• Ensure products are packed safely to prevent damage during transportation.
• Print and attach shipping labels and invoices correctly.
• Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups and dispatches.
• Verify product model, quantity, and order details before packing.
• Maintain packing materials and keep the packing area clean and organised.
• Maintain dispatch records and ensure orders are shipped within the prescribed timelines.
• Assist with stock handling and other warehouse-related activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in packing and dispatch is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of Amazon seller order packing and dispatch procedures is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate a computer and printer for order processing and shipping labels.
• Basic understanding of inventory, invoices, and courier shipments.
• Honest, punctual, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Able to handle commercial kitchen equipment and machinery carefully.

Preferred Candidate

Someone who can independently manage daily packing and dispatch work with minimal supervision.
